Ordering Medication
Is your furry friend running short on their existing prescription medication? And you haven’t had a chance to call us during business hours? Like you, we aren’t available 24/7… but now with online medication requests you can place an order at any time! To help expedite your pet’s medication preparation, please ensure you give us 2* business days notice and your pet has had a check-up within the last 6 months.**
* This time allows our doctors to review your pet’s medical records, prepare and check medication. In some cases, this time may be extended if a particular drug is in short supply or must be ordered in. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
** Some conditions may require more frequent check-ups and other monitoring such as blood tests. Unfortunately it is illegal for us to dispense medication to patients that haven’t had a consultation for their condition.
