Online Medication Request

To help us prepare your pet’s medication safely and efficiently, please allow 2 business days’ notice for all requests. This time allows our veterinarians to review your pet’s medical records, prepare the prescription, and complete the necessary checks before dispensing.

To request repeat medication, your pet must have had a consultation with us within the past 6 months. Some conditions may require more frequent check-ups or additional monitoring, such as blood tests, to ensure your pet’s ongoing health and safety.

In some cases, preparation times may be longer if medication is temporarily unavailable or needs to be ordered in. If you have any questions or concerns about your pet’s medication, please contact our team - we’re happy to help.
